I am currently hiring for�a Contracts Manager for a reginal contractor. The ideal candidate�must have experiance in fit-out and refurbishment projects in both the private and public sector.



You will be responsible for;




  • Smoothly oversee construction phase from tender to completion, ensuring seamless operations.

  • Daily liaison with on-site staff of all levels, conducting meetings as needed to keep Directors informed of progress.

  • Efficiently manage multiple teams and sites, conducting occasional on-site visits.

  • Monitor budgets and implement cost-saving measures whenever feasible.

  • Identify and address potential risks at site level related to contracts



The ideal candidate will have;




  • Proven track record as a Contracts Manager.

  • Proficient in Microsoft and other relevant management tools.

  • Strong communication skills, adept at negotiation.

  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
