Contracts Manager

We're on the lookout for a Contracts Manager with retail experience in and around the South West.

This position would be ideal for a hardworking Contracts Manager who has experience in shopfitting and retail refurbs. This could be an ideal role for a Site Manager looking to progress into their next role.

The successful candidate will have to be able to travel nationwide. Have good organisational skills, be able to work to deadlines, and to work within a team and be able to work closely with client representatives.

The ideal Contracts Manager must have:

• Retail Fit Out experience
• Have experience in delivering fast track fit outs
• Understanding of programmes and ability to handle subcontractors effectively
• Experience successfully running fit out projects as a Contracts Manager or Site Manager
• Interpersonal skills so you can get on with the rest of the team
• SMSTS, First Aid, PASMA, Fire Marshall and Black Card/NVQ Level 6 certs
