Salary: �63,000 - �70,000 (DOE)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager in London.

In this role, you will work closely with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure that contracts align with project objectives and mitigate risk.

Contracts Manager Responsibilities:

• Conduct risk assessments on contractual agreements and identify potential issues
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure contract terms and conditions align with project objectives

This is a role overseeing maintenance of mechanical works.

Projects include education, public sector, commercial, industrial, health care, etc.
