Contracts Manager

One of our clients who are a very well respected Design and Build contractor are seeking a Contracts Manager.�

Role Overview: As a�Residential Contracts Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the success of their�projects, overseeing the seamless execution of contracts from concept to completion. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the entire contract lifecycle, from procurement and negotiation to administration and closeout.


• Collaborating closely with our design team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.


• Monitoring project schedules, budgets, and quality standards to maintain project efficiency and excellence.


• Ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations, building codes, and regulatory requirements.


• Proactively identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.


• Providing regular updates and reports to key stakeholders on project progress and performance.
