An exciting opportunity has come about for an experience individual within the Birmingham area to join a well-established and highly regarded Main Contractor who have been delivering lasting impact for clients within sectors such as Commercial, M.O.D, Public & Private. The ideal candidate will be a Contracts Manager and will join the Building Division. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading main contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects. If you are a highly motivated and experienced Contracts Manager looking for your next challenge, we want to hear from you!About The Role:As a Contracts Manager, you will play an integral role in the management, direction, and successful completion of our building projects. Your focus is Leads their team, including QS, Site Managers, and operatives to ensure momentum, quality and finances are maintained.Allocates work and evaluates teams, individuals, and self against objectives, ensuring that no task is beyond the team’s capabilities.Ensures that appraisals are carried out and records completed on the Clear Review system.Liaises on a day-to-day basis with clients and/or their representatives to resolve immediate issues, ensuring their needs are satisfied and that a constructive relationship with internal and external customers is maintained.About You:Previous experience as a Contracts ManagerLive or able to commute to Birmingham.Experience of working within the Construction industry for a main contractor, specifically on Design and Build.What’s on Offer:Competitive Salary of 75,000 - 85,000 (DOE)5,000 Car AllowanceCompany PensionHealthcare26 days holiday + Bank HolidaysProgression & GrowthPotential for Hybrid work If you’re interested in the role or have any further questions, please contact Brandon Wood at Kenton Black in the Birmingham office.
