Contracts Manager Birmingham (south) / Bromsgrove / Worcester / CoventryGBP42,000 - 45,000 (negotiable depending upon experience) plus car/allowance OverviewWe are recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager for role within a successful building contractor in the Midlands area. You will be working in the insurance division, overseeing repairs & reinstatement works to residential properties following an insurance claim (fire, flood, escape of water and subsidence damage). The office is based south of Birmingham, so ideal locations are Worcester, Bromsgrove, Coventry, or surrounding areas. Geographical patch covered includes; Birmingham, Derby, Gloucester, Walsall & Wolverhampton so these areas will also be considered.What is required:Contracts Manager experience dealing with repairs, maintenance, refurbishments to residential properties.Experience in managing trades teams.If you have had experience in the insurance repairs industry this will be highly advantageous (but it is not necessarily essential for the right person) Larger project experience is ideal (up to GBP500k)You will need to be a confident IT/PC user (training on specific systems provided)You will need to have a full UK drivers licence (car or allowance provided)Contracts Manager PackageGBP42,000 - 45,000 (negotiable depending on experience)Car or allowance Pension/holiday/hours - Mon-Fri 8am to 5pmAdditional InformationWe may not always be able to reply to every applicant due to the volume of CVs received so if you have not received a call within 5 working days please assume that you have not been successful on this occasion.
