We have a fantastic opportunity to join a principal contractor who have been operating in London and the Home Counties for over a century.This is an opportunity to work for a very well respected main contractor who invest in their employees in order to progress your career to where you hope to be.The ideal Contracts Manager will be able to draw upon their main contractor background and have worked on residential, education, heritage, leisure and commercial projects and have refurbishment experience.Formal education is desired but not essential for the role.As the Contracts Manager you will be overseeing several projects ranging from £1m - £20million. You should be able to demonstrate prior experience where you have managed building & construction projects within a similar sector up to £20million and managed multiple projects at any one time.
