Job Description:

• Manage and oversee multiple contracts from inception to completion


• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers


• Coordinate and manage project teams, including architects, engineers, and construction workers


• Implement effective project management processes and procedures


• Monitor and control project budgets and schedules


• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations


• Provide regular progress reports to senior management

Key Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the design and build sector


• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations


• Excellent project management and organizational skills


• Effective communication and negotiation abilities


• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines


• Strong leadership and team management skills
