Working for a successful contractor in their insurance repairs division the successful Surveyor / Contracts Manager will be dealing with reinstatements to residential properties in the above-mentioned area.
You will need relevant insurance industry experience (Surveying / Contracts Management) and have a working knowledge of client scoping tools/system(s) such as; Symbility/CoreLogic, Xactimate, Metrix, Synergy.
Job role and responsibilities
Visiting properties to assess insurance claims damage and identify repairs required
Producing a scope / schedule of works
Overseeing a small repairs team (with admin and day to day site supervision support) on a variety of reinstatement jobs up to £50k
Booking in the relevant trades (direct labour or from approved sub-contractor list)
