Day to Day: This role will involve managing sub-contractors, reviewing contract programme, leading contract meetings.Requirements (Skills & Qualifications): Experience of contract managing a responsive repairs contract
Leading contract reviews and sub-contractor management. Experience of reviewing and monitoring KPIs Previous experience of working in the social housing sector HNC or relevant qualification
