Location: Bristol area + 1 hour
Salary: GBP60,000 to GBP65,000 + car allowance

Our client is a successful and highly sought after UK wide property developer delivering a wide range of flagship Commercial property across sectors. Within the group, the construction business delivers Student Accommodation projects through both transformation of space/refurbishment and new build construction. Projects are typically between GBP1m - GBP5m but could be more. From the Bristol office, the company works on projects within 1 hour.Contracts Manager - The Role:
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to join the team to lead projects within an hour of Bristol. You must have strong technical expertise as the role will encompass Design Management - being able to read drawings and manage the Design aspects of construction as well as overseeing Site Management teams. Roaming across projects (typically 3-4 at any one time) offering excellent work flexibility with a mix of remote, office and site. You will be responsible for leading the overall delivery of contracts via site based Managers and supported by the commercial team. The role will report to an Operations Manger.
Contracts Manager - The Person
You will have a solid and steady permanent career experience with main contractors
Demonstrable experience of delivering structural new build and refurb projects across a wide range of building methods.
Experience delivering contracts over GBP5m
Proven experience in managing site based teams on multiple simultaneous projects at once
Strong Design Management skills and technical understanding of drawings and design. Innovative - ability to identify better ways of doing things High calibre individual who is committed to quality and programme A track record of delivering projects across multi-sectors including
