Contracts Manager

A business that specialises in construction are looking for a Contracts Manager to join their team. This company take great pride in the quality of work they produce and work with commercial and industrial clients across the North West.

They are looking for someone who has experience in a similar role working on general construction jobs and happy to travel to sites.

Position: Contracts Manager

Location: Oldham with travel to sites as and when required

Package: �55,000 - �60,000 + car allowance

• 25 days holiday + bank holidays

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Travel to various sites to ensure the project is running on time and to budget


• Responsible for Site Managers and onsite staff


• Able to work on projects that are in a live environment


• Liaise with site staff and the client

Skills and experience:

• Previous experience as a Contracts Manager


• Willingness to travel to sites


• Experience working on live environments


• Ability to multitask and willingness to help where necessary


• Able to use communication skills and work with other members of the team
