Contracts Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a specialist fit-out contractor who are looking for a Contracts Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity to work for a market leading company, and work on a wide variety of interesting projects.
The Contracts Manager will report directly to the MD and be responsible for managing the delivery all stages of high-profile projects.
The Contracts Manager will be responsible for:
Managing all day to day operations of projects to support the delivery teams
Planning and executing work in line with customer expectations and timeframes
Evaluating on-site work performance in a constructive manner
Communicating with customers and ensuring their satisfaction
Managing all Health & Safety and construction legislation
Identifying new products and methods of work for continuous improvement
The Contracts Manager will need:
Substantial experience in a Contracts Manager role
Experience of working on fit-out projects
Experience of managing direct trades and sub-contractors
Good communication skills
Experience of dealing with high-level customers
