Are you looking for a management role in the Highways Term Maintenance Industry, overseeing maintenance across the UK's highways network, is currently seeking a Contract Manager. Responsibilities:
 
Deliver safe and profitable surfacing services, ensuring outstanding levels of customer satisfaction.
 
 
Formal Qualifications:
 
Good general education, with proficiency in Maths and English.
NVQ Level 6.
CSCS Manager Card.
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme).
Frontline Leadership Programme - Contract Manager level.
 
Skills:
 
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office packages, with an excellent understanding of MS Excel.
 
Experience:
 
Experience in a Contracts Management role within a Civil Engineering discipline.
Essential experience in delivering maintenance programs within a local authority environment.
Previous responsibility for budgets and running cost and value reconciliation.
 
Knowledge:
 
Comprehensive understanding of Traffic management requirements and permitting.
Demonstrable experience in running large programs.
 
Personal Qualities:
 
Courteous manner when responding to clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Active involvement in the wider industry, i.e., membership of IAT, CIHT.
A personal approach and management style that serves as a role model for the team.
Commitment to continually improving business operations.
