Job Title: Contracts Manager - Social Housing

Location:�East Sussex

Salary:��52,000 per year, along with a Car/Allowance and Benefits package.

Overview:

Bell Group, in collaboration with a leading Social Housing provider, seeks a proactive Contracts Manager to oversee Planned Works for tenanted social housing properties in East Sussex. The role involves managing projects within long-term partnerships with Local Authorities and Housing Associations, encompassing both internal and external refurbishment schemes, kitchens/bathrooms utilizing a subcontractor network.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of projects.


• Manage workforce motivation to meet project deadlines and budgets.


• Emphasize quality, customer service, and satisfaction in project delivery.


• Drive contract profitability through pricing and delivery of additional works.


• Maintain high levels of client and tenant satisfaction.


• Oversee process management and customer relations.


• Understand and manage financial aspects of the contract.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager delivering social housing/planned maintenance projects.


• Strong focus on team motivation, project quality, and customer service.


• Proficiency in financial management related to contracts.


• Excellent customer liaison and communication skills.
