Contracts Manager

CJC Recruit are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager on behalf�of our large UK based clients within the property service industry.

Responsibilities:

• Driving profitability of the contract to include pricing


• delivering of extra works


• Client and tenant satisfaction


• Process Management


• Management of the customer


• Ensure the delivery of the projects within the budget and time scales specified


• Experience as a Contracts Manager delivering social housing / planned maintenance projects


• Focus on motivation of the workforce to deliver on time and to budget


• Focus on quality, customer service and deliver

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role


• Relevant qualifications�


• Experience within Property Service would be beneficial


• Have an understanding of the financials on the contract
