Salary: �63,000 - �70,000 + Package

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager in the Surrey & London areas.

In this role, you will work closely with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure that contracts align with project objectives and mitigate risk.

Contracts Manager Responsibilities:

• Conduct risk assessments on contractual agreements and identify potential issues
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure contract terms and conditions align with project objectives

This is a role overseeing maintenance of mechanical works across sites in London / Surrey.

Projects include education, public sector, commercial, industrial, health care, etc.
