Contracts Manager

A confident Contracts Manager who has a strong background in interiors and fit out, is now needed by a growing but well-connected Construction Contractor.

With an office in West Hampshire, naturally, hybrid working will be offered with home, office, and site-based split.

The Contracts Manager Role

The successful Contracts Managerwill work with multiple teams, delivery successful projects within the shopfitting, commercial and office sectors.

The Contracts Manager will work on projects between £500K to £4M.

You will have the support from the Construction Director, but the Contracts Manager will have the autonomy with their own clients and projects.

Due to the end clients demanding high spec and high standards, the Contracts Manager should have a strong eye for detail.

The Contracts Manager

• Ideally 2 years’ experience acting as Contracts Manager
• A further 8+ years construction knowledge would be beneficial.
• Evidence of project knowledge within Shopfitting or Commercial sectors
• Programme understanding (MS Office, ASTA, Primavera)
• Contract understanding from £500K - £4M
• Some experience managing junior members of staff.
• Experience supporting multiple departments.
• Strong eye for details – Projects will consist of high-quality materials.
