Contracts Manager

Contracts Manager required for a repeat client.

Client: 

My client are a privately owned and run main contractor based in the Medway area with a sub £50M turnover operating across the healthcare, commercial and education sectors primarily on projects to the value of £14M.

Role: 

My client are seeking a full time contracts manager who can oversee between 3-4 projects from tender - PC. As Contracts Manager you will be responsible for the projects primarily at the front end reporting back to the MD and Construction Director. 

Ideally, you will have 5 years experience as a Contracts Manager overseeing a mixture of traditional and D&B contracts.
