Contracts Manager

Contracts Manager required for a well established main contractor in London who have a very good presence in the London market for delivering various civil projects on their sub-contracting aide and have been developing their main contracting side in the Bedfordshire area.

It is due to their large workload that they have asked Fawkes & Reece to assist them in the search for an experience Contracts Manager.

This Contracts Manager will be working with a good company who have excellent client relationships which have given them the opportunity to press on and build a great pipeline of work this year.

The Contracts manager will be working across 3 projects which are a mix of new build and refurbishment in the education and residential sector. They will need to be able to keep on top of all projects and report into the Directors efficiently and without much support. This Contracts Manager will be commercially astute, be a natural leader and excellent at building and managing teams.

This is a role with a lot of opportunity for progression as the company are in a good position financially and if this Contracts Manager is successful they could look to be promoted in the future.
