Reed Recruitment (Southampton branch (phone number removed)) are recruiting for a cladding contracts manager for our client based in Dorset near Ringwood.

Our client is a leading provider of high-quality cladding solutions for commercial and industrial properties.They specialize in the delivery of premium cladding products that enhance the durability, aesthetics, and energy efficiency of buildings.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Cladding Contract Manager who also has the ability to estimate to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving Commercial and Industrial projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with architects, contractors, and developers, promoting our cutting-edge cladding solutions and contributing to the growth of their business.

Additionally, strong organizational abilities are essential for managing project documentation, coordinating site activities, and ensuring that all project requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.

About the role...

1.Conduct comprehensive cost estimates for cladding projects based on architectural drawings, specifications, and site assessments.

2.Prepare accurate and detailed bid proposals, including material costs, labour expenses, subcontractor quotes, and project timelines.

3.Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to review project requirements, scope of work, and client expectations, ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives.

4.Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

5.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, monitoring progress and addressing any deviations or issues that may arise.

6.Coordinate site activities, including material deliveries, subcontractor work, and site inspections, to ensure adherence to project specifications, timelines, and safety standards.

7.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and resolving any conflicts or disputes in a timely manner.

8.Track project costs, expenses, and change orders, maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

9.Conduct post-project evaluations and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices for future projects.

10.Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting cladding construction projects, incorporating relevant insights into estimating and contracting processes.
