Contracts Manager

O'Neill and Brennan are currently working with a family run Groundworks and Civil Engineering specialist contractor, who are on the lookout for a Contracts Manager to join their team.

As a business, they have been going for over 30 years, supporting a number of the countries biggest housebuilders, providing their knowledge and experience on various residential schemes.

For this role, our client are looking for someone to oversee and lead teams across multiple groundworks contracts. The business are looking to bring someone into the business right away, ideally with advanced knowledge of groundworks working on residential projects. Their head office is based in South West London, with sites spanning across the Oxford, Hampshire and Surrey and West Sussex areas.

On offer is a competitive salary, ranging from �75,000-�95,000 plus package depending on experience.
