We are looking for a Contracts Manager with relevant oil and gas refineries.Reporting to the Project Manager the suitable incumbents should qualify as follows: ResponsibilitiesContracting tasks include:Management and coordination of award processDevelopment of contract documents including tender documentsManagement of Owner approval processManagement of claims avoidance activitiesCoordination of contract executionContract administration including:Schedule administrationVariation or change administrationProper operation of the Project Execution (Management) PlanPeriodic preparation and processing of site reportsAssistance to the Project Controls Manager for project reporting requirementsMaintenance of contract documentsProcessing of contractor documentsQualificationsShould be a Civil / Mechanical / Electrical engineer with extensive experience in Sub - contracts and Quantity surveying works for Refineries, Oil and Gas industries, like Pre - FEED and FEED projectsPrevious experience of working on a refinery project preferred.Communication and Co - ordination skillsThe candidate should be based in UK and be eligible to work in UK.Page Contracts Manager - Hill Minimal 112022 Careers loaded
