We have a fantastic opportunity for a
Senior Cleaning Contract Manager
to join a national facilities management company. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing multi-site contracts across London with a contract value of +£3Million. In this role you will also be responsible for a small team of contract managers so previous management experience would be advantageous.
Provision of operational support at contract level, ensuring that all operational requirements of the contracts are met. Operational planning at contract level with responsibility for contract performance and monitoring. Management of all directly employed staff including Site Supervisors including recruitment and selection, training, performance management and staff retention. Management of budgets in liaison with the Operations Manager.
Collation and reporting of management information and the development of management systems.
Contact point for enquiries from company departments including sales, stores, administration, accounts, HR and payroll.
Provision and maintenance of Site Reference Manuals at all sites in designated area including Health & Safety documentation, Environmental documentation and COSHH data sheets.
Carrying out risk assessments as required and sending them back to the Health & Safety Focal Point.
