Contracts Manager - Social Housing Planned RefurbNorth West London£60K - £70K + BenefitsFull-Time, Permanent positionHowells are working with a leading social housing/regeneration contractor to recruit a proactive Contracts Manager to deliver internal and external refurbishment projects to housing association properties in North West London.All projects are part of long-term frameworks or quoted works including internal and external refurbishment schemes, kitchens/bathrooms, window replacements, roofing renewals, cyclical decorations, full refurbs, major voids etc. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven Contracts Manager looking to progress with a determined and motivated attitude. You will be instrumental in managing multiple contracts and leading a team of Site Supervisors, Site Managers, and multi-disciplined tradespeople Key Skills for the Contracts ManagerEnsure the delivery of the projects within the budget and time scales specifiedExperience as a Contracts Manager delivering social housing / planned maintenance projectsFocus on the motivation of the workforce to deliver on time and to budgetFocus on quality, customer service and deliverDriving profitability of the contract to include pricing and delivering extra worksClient and tenant customer satisfactionProcess ManagementManagement of the customerHave an understanding of the financials on the contractCustomer liaison skillsContracts Manager Salary & PackageYou will be working for a modern, forward-thinking business; that believes the strengths, skills and personalities of their people are the key to the group's success.
