Contracts Manager - Passive Fire

Future Build Recruitment are currently working with one of our clients who are a leading Passive Fire Protection Contractor who are looking to add a Contracts Manager to their ranks following further growth of the company. This role is for Projects in and around the London Area.

Key Responsibilites - - Manage all aspects of Passive Fire Protection. - Manager Projects from client contact to completion - Manage team of Project Managers, Inspectors, Installers and all site staff. - Ensure the project is running on time and on budget. - Manage Materials eg. Sourcing & Negotiating - Ensure Projects are meeting compliance and regulations. - Deliver Project updates to directors and commercial team.
Qualifications and Skills: - Proven Experience working in a contracts manager role in the passive fire protection industry. - Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial terms, and industry-specific regulations. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented with strong organisational and analytical abilities. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
