* Contracts Manager position dealing with a brickwork and stone restoration contractor, managing all aspects of projects from enquiry through to completion
* Visiting clients to gain an understanding of new enquiries and what the projects would entail
* Liaising with subcontractors and main contractors
* Managing communications between the office and site
* Processing plant / equipment orders and ensuring they're on site in line with timescales
* Promoting a safe working culture throughout all projects
* Keeping all works moving smoothly and ensuring that project deadlines are adhered to whilst maintaining project cost plans
* Liaising with clients and providing reports for the project
* Attending pre-contract meetings and progress meetings with clients
* Working on projects varying in value from £500k up to £2mThe ideal applicant will be a Contracts Manager - Masonry Repairs and Stone Restoration with:
* Must have Contracts Management or Project Management experience within the masonry, restoration or refurbishment market sector
* Must have excellent communication skills across all levels both written and verbal
* Charismatic relationship builder
* Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office)
* Must be a great team player
* Self-motivated individual with fire in their belly
* High levels of organisation
* Must hold CSCS card
* Full UK driving license
