Hexa Services operates in the construction, mechanical, and electrical markets.





We are currently recruiting for a permanent Senior HVAC Contracts Manager based near Gloucester with Hybrid working



Project Sectors: Hotels, Student Accommodation, Retail, Care homes and Offices. We do operate in other areas but these sectors are the core of our business.



General size range of HVAC projects: �30K to �650k



Job Description & Responsibilities:




  • Must have F Gas accreditation

  • Following up on new business opportunities and setting up meetings.

  • Account managing existing clients, responding to new inquiries, and helping to develop more workload from the current client base.

  • From inquiry, involvement with site surveys, assisting with the design, and compiling a fully costed quotation/bid for the customer.

  • Represent the company at design team meetings with clients and other construction professionals.

  • Confidently communicate and collaborate with team members, clients, and other construction professionals

  • Where applicable, support the commissioning process on projects delivered to ensure systems are set up to reflect the design intent.

  • Conduct thorough site investigations, complete inspections, identify issues and solve problems.

  • To prepare and collate tenders and source pre-project information by a given deadline

  • Provide high-level pricing information early in the Tender for and budgeting exercises to ensure the most cost-effective solutions

  • To analyse sub-contractor / vendor quotations and check inclusions and exclusions

  • Procurement of relevant plant and materials and sub-contractor packages

  • Preparation of monthly applications for payment and costing of variations.

  • Developing new business opportunities for HVAC projects, calling on a mix of end-user customers, contractors, architects, consultants, and developers.

  • Manage employees and subcontractors under your supervision on projects, ensuring they have the latest information and are working to regulations

  • Ensuring that Risk Assessments and Method Statements are prepared and monitored

  • Compiling documentation necessary to form tender packages by Client requirements.

  • Carrying out site surveys and attending tender review meetings with Clients

  • Providing Red pen markups for As-built drawings and technical submittals as well as assisting with the relevant information for the O&M Manual
