Contracts Manager (Heritage Maintenance)

An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Contracts Manager with Building Maintenance expertise to work on some of London's most prestigious and historically significant properties.
My client is searching for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their Heritage Maintenance division. As a Contracts Manager, you will be accountable for the management of all maintenance activities associated with the delivery of the account covering multiple sites. This includes:

• Provide credible and effective leadership for service delivery, value �1.0m - �1.5m of income
• Ensure the profitable contract performance
• Actively drive additional project work across the Contract
• Take accountability for the commercial delivery of this account through activity costing and presenting final accounts
• 6-10 direct reports

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience as Contracts Manager across multiple projects / contracts
• Proven background in Heritage maintenance works
• HNC, or equivalent, Building Services or Similar
• Knowledge of MTC, JTC and NEC forms of contract
• Capable of costing and Supervising Reactive Repairs and projects up to GBP250k
• Customer Care / Satisfaction Skills in a client facing environment
