Renowned for developing innovate market solutions to their clients that separate this organisation from their competitors, this exciting organisation will provide their new sourcing manager will an excellent platform for progression.The commercial function sits within organisations Solutions Delivery function which is responsible for finding, delivering and managing office space, aligned to Clients needs and corporate objectives and for providing variable CAPEX solutions and dedicated Account Management.Operating globally, you will be interfacing with a wide variety of senior level stakeholders up to "C" suite, and an array of external consultants which will include, Architects, QS, structural engineers, procurement and M & E consultants on a daily basis.As a contracts manager you will:Manage suppliers and contracts for capital projects globally, to ensure adherence to SLA's whilst spotting opportunities for cost saving, value creation and continuous improvementWork closely with project teams and procurement to manage supplier performance, working closely with the category lead to help shape the tendering process and deliver category plansBe approachable as an escalation point for contractual issues and service delivery within the supply chainPresent and discuss contractual finding to senior stakeholders in the business, to ensure effective advise on complex contractual mattersRequired expertise:5 + years contracts management expertise, with a strong understanding of contracts negotiations and terms/conditionsExperience within a global matrix organisation ideal, with an understanding of how to navigate stakeholder groups within a corporate environmentRelevant industry experience within Facilities/Capex organisations ideal but not requiredAn appetite to learn, grow and make a differenceExperience in engaging c-suite stakeholder groupsThis is an excellent opportunity to enter a growing organisation in a newly created position where the selected candidate with a strong platform to put their own stamp on the role.For more details please send an up to date copy of your CV through to #####:Procurement, SRM, Contracts Manager, Capital projects, Facilities, FM, London, Central London, Hybrid, Global,
