About the Role: We are working on behalf of a reputable Tier One contractor - looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee retail fit-out projects valuing up to �5 million across the central belt of Scotland. This role offers the chance to lead a dynamic team and deliver high-quality projects for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple retail fit-out projects from inception to completion
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project goals
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that may arise

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in retail fit-outs
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of construction regulations and best practices
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
