This role offers the chance to lead a dynamic team and deliver high-quality projects for our clients.Key Responsibilities:Manage multiple retail fit-out projects from inception to completionEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standardsCoordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project goalsProvide leadership and mentorship to project teamsMonitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that may ariseRequirements:Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in retail fit-outsStrong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and leadership skillsKnowledge of construction regulations and best practicesAbility to work collaboratively with diverse teamsIf you're ready to take on a new challenge and contribute to exciting retail fit-out projects in Scotland, we want to hear from you!
