Opportunity to join a commercial building team whom manufacturer and install replacement UPVC windows and doors to the public and housing authority sector. We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager to manage various projects across the South West region. The role reports directly to the Head of Operations and will include;Assist with managing the South & Western region’s contracting activitiesManaging a high performing team of SupervisorsRepresent the Division’s with all client presentationsSupport managing all Pre-Contract activities and significant influencing into tenders and capabilitiesLeading and managing awarded contracts including pricing, programme specification, contract T&C’sOversee all EHS requirementsSupport managing contracts worth c £2-5mOverseeing and supporting all contracts in progress supporting the QS division in the final account processDeliver consistent customer satisfaction with regular client meetings on progressTechnical advice when requiredYou will need the following experience for this role:Previous experience of contract management within a construction environmentProven delivery of managed projects in time and within budgetKnowledge of current Construction Health & Safety legislation and H&S at Work ActGreat man management and customer service skillsKnowledge of UPVC windows and doorsThe role will include regional travel across the South West region so a full driving license will be required for the role with some over night stays on an occasional basis.
