The Role:
The Regional/Contracts Manager will be accountable for all aspects of site delivery to ensure that projects are delivered in a safe manner, on time, on budget and to the required quality standards.
The above will involve overseeing a program of works associated with the companies current framework contracts with both Severn Trent Water and Northumbrian Water.
The individual fulfilling this role should have a proven track record in overseeing construction contracts from cradle to grave.
Reporting to the Structural refurbishment General Manager, the
Regional/Contracts Manager
will maintain regular communication around the key aspects of site delivery including project progress, resources and performance against client requirements.
