This innovative flexible real estate services firm is searching for an a strong contracts manager to join their young, growing commercial team. Renowned for developing innovate market solutions to their clients that separate this organisation from their competitors, this exciting organisation will provide their new sourcing manager will an excellent platform for progression.
The commercial function sits within organisations Solutions Delivery function which is responsible for finding, delivering and managing office space, aligned to Clients needs and corporate objectives and for providing variable CAPEX solutions and dedicated Account Management.
Operating globally, you will be interfacing with a wide variety of senior level stakeholders up to “C” suite, and an array of external consultants which will include, Architects, QS, structural engineers, procurement and M & E consultants on a daily basis.
As a contracts manager you will:
Manage suppliers and contracts for capital projects globally, to ensure adherence to SLA’s whilst spotting opportunities for cost saving, value creation and continuous improvement
Work closely with project teams and procurement to manage supplier performance, working closely with the category lead to help shape the tendering process and deliver category plans
Be approachable as an escalation point for contractual issues and service delivery within the supply chain
Present and discuss contractual finding to senior stakeholders in the business, to ensure effective advise on complex contractual matters
Required expertise:
5 + years contracts management expertise, with a strong understanding of contracts negotiations and terms/conditions
Experience within a global matrix organisation ideal, with an understanding of how to navigate stakeholder groups within a corporate environment
Relevant industry experience within Facilities/Capex organisations ideal but not required
An appetite to learn, grow and make a difference
Experience in engaging c-suite stakeholder groups
