Contracts Manager - Cambridgeshire- GW / RC

Fawkes & Reece recruiting for a Contracts Manager for a leading Groundworks contractor in the Cambridgeshire area, with growth to Director level.

The company in question is a leading subcontractor in the UK, with substantial experience in the RC Frame and Groundworks field.

My client has a turnover of over 100 million and has been up and running for the last 20 years. My Client is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager in the RC Frame and Groundworks sectors, with the relevant experience to look after a certain number of jobs across the Cambridgeshire area.

The client is looking for someone to start ASAP and will be interested in interviewing the desirable candidates. The Contracts Manager position is a vital part of the construction process, and will require someone with relevant traditional build Groundworks experience. The Contracts Manager will be required to: look after multiple sites at one time, take on all responsibilities of a contracts manager, deal with paper works, be able to manage all positions reporting back, alongside looking after legacy projects & contributing to winning work.
