Job purposeReporting to the Head of Contracts Management, the Contracts Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring all contractual obligations and standards are met concerning the provision of third-party logistics (3PL) services within the global organisation. The role will manage contract lifecycles and ensure all contracts consider the wider business requirement. You will play a key role in optimizing our supply chain network and design, ensuring the smooth operational flow of both goods and services.Key responsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for all contract-related matters and inquiries, including dispute resolution, change management, and contract renewalsRespond promptly and courteously to requests and/or concerns, striving to exceed the stakeholders expectationsMaintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation, ensuring proper record-keeping and adherence to internal policies and procedures, managing stakeholders to ensure deadlines or anniversaries are metReconcile invoicing to ensure both purchase and sales of third-party services are in accordance with the contractual ratesMonitor and evaluate contract performance, ensuring compliance with agreed service levels, key performance indicators, and contractual obligationsSupport cross-functional teams with the implementation of process improvements and cost saving initiatives, monitoring effectivenessConduct regular contract reviews and audits to identify potential risks, issues, or non-compliance, and assist with the development of appropriate mitigation strategiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, procurement, technical and legal, to understand the operational needs for new contractsStay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to 3PL contracts, and apply this knowledge to enhance contract management processesUndertake any further duties which may from time to time be assignedThis job description is not intended to be either prescriptive or exhaustive but is issued as a general framework at the time of writingExperiencein Contracts or Project Managementof FMCG, desirableto Third-Party Logistics, Supply Chain Operations, or International Trade, desirableKnowledge and skills Ability to plan and organise your workload and agenda, managing priorities on the day to day within an annual strategic roadmapA great listener and a team player, easily able to put yourself in someone else shoes and consider different perspectives to help define the best suite of actionsA creative thinker, willing to challenge existing processes and propose solutionsA self-motivated learner, showing self-awareness and demonstrating openness and curiosity.
