The firm operates across several offices with Trading teams both in Europe and the Middle-East, they are seeking a Contracts Analyst / Administrator in London to work closely with the CFO and MD. The role will be responsible for taking a lead on ensuring all Physical trade contracts, NDA’s, Compliance and KYC contracts are in order and compliant to internal and external standards.With vast experience in the global oil and products trading space, the back and middle office team is key to their success with a lean team based in London. The group is a mid-sized trading firm with a great environment and fantastic potential to further your experience and responsibilities.Responsibilities:Responsible for oversight of external and internal documentation related to international Trade and operations.Originate KYC, Compliance and NDA contracts ensuring all documentation meets legal and company standards.Work with Senior management to ensure all trade contracts are compliant across numerous jurisdictions.Work closely with Trading team/ management team & Finance Teams to execute and analyze all contracts related to the international Oil trade are compliant and in order.Ownership of all contracts administration within the global trade offices across London, Geneva and Dubai working closely with the CFO and Office manager.Act as a point of contact/subject matter expert for contracts administration and compliance for the group.Experience:5+ years’ experience in a contracts administration / analyst role within an international Trade House (Oil, Energy trading firm)Excellent knowledge of the global requirements for physical trade contract agreements,Consistently proven experience handling and producing KYC, NDAs, Trade contracts within the international markets across Europe, Middle East, Americas etc.Good analytical skills, ability to work closely with senior management to highlight and raise any contractual issues.Located in London (or able to relocate)Able to travel where required.To arrange an in-confidence discussion with the managing consultants on this account, please contact either Josh Clark or Mark Taylor: ##### +44 (0) 203 927 5090Send me alerts about jobs like this.Please enter your email address to continue setting up an email alert for similar jobs to this one.
