Key Responsibilities:
Assist in controlling all service delivery aspects of the contract, ensuring adherence to quality, time, and budgetary constraints.
Anticipate and fulfill customer needs, building strong relationships both internally and externally.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and optimize contract performance through effective communication and accessibility.
Understand and operate procedures and processes to required standards, providing support and coaching to others.
Drive continuous improvement, actively seeking ways to enhance contract performance and efficiency.
Collaborate effectively within a diverse team, conveying ideas clearly and openly to influence decisions.
Maintain and update manual and computer records, preparing and issuing reports as required by the contract and customer.
Administer quality management system documentation and ensure compliance.
Liaise closely with site teams and head office, handling administrative tasks including fielding reactive calls, issuing quotations, and processing invoices.
Oversee statutory certification and ensure customer requests are promptly addressed.
Prioritize and delegate reactive maintenance tasks to the team, ensuring optimal service delivery.
Monitor subcontractor performance and help desk systems to uphold service level agreements.
Maintain a professional image of Smart Managed Solutions at all times.
Requirements:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in administrative tasks and computer applications.
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
