The Role - Contract Supervisor - Passive Fire:
Project Management; Assist the Contracts Manager and Office team in planning and scheduling passive fire protection projects
Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure that all passive fire protection installations comply with relevant UK fire safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards
Supervise and manage subcontractors involved in passive fire protection projects
Health and Safety; Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure a safe working environment
Material and Resource Management; Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment needed for passive fire protection projects
Reporting and Documentation; Prepare regular progress reports for the Contracts Manager and project stakeholders
What we are looking for in an Contract Supervisor - Passive Fire:
2 years experience in a supervisory role or coordinator for fire protection works
Must be FIRAS, IFC or equivalent assessed - ESSENTIAL
Proven experience in managing passive fire protection projects preferably in the construction industry
