A leading organisation in central London are offering the opportunity for a Project Manager to join their team on a day-rate contract basis, working outside IR35. As a business-orientated Project Manager who is able to work closely with technology, data and legal teams, you'll be working on an exciting project to build a full risk management business within the client's precious metals division which will involve full front-to-back change, setting up a new trading desk, enhancing trading applications, increasing client base and optimising the associated operational processes.
Key requirements for Project Manager (Commodities Trading)
The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate the following:
Track record of long-term Project Management contracts
Proven experience delivering commodity or derivative trading projects
Deep understanding of the derivatives trade lifecycle
Good knowledge of precious metal commodity derivative products
The role will be working in London 3+ days per week, with the client looking to line up initial stage interviews from W/C 15th April. The position is assessed as outside IR35, with a day rate range of £700-750/d depending on experience.
