We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and driven individualwith Energy sector sales and customer service skills and experience.
In short
Fundamentally this role is a sales role and centres on achieving retention and acquisitions targets for gas, power and associated environmental products.
This involves managing allocated TPIs and customers for the Fixed Business and developing long term strategic partnerships with the UKs largest energy consultants.
The post holder will manage their own portfolio, building relationships with new and existing brokers, to maximise sales and work with internal stakeholders to provide first in class customer service.
What you will do
Develop sales through the efficient issue of pricing and contracts, negotiating prices to maximize growth and profit levels
Create products and implement services that will add value to the current portfolio
Build strong, successful, and long-term relationships with new and existing partners and brokers to maximize sales
Communicate with Brokers and Customers in a timely manner to ensure feedback is provided on all issued prices
Drive and achieve required targets; manage, and maintain your own portfolio
Support the Sales Teams to expand the Gas and Power portfolio
Work with internal stakeholders to provide first in class customer service
Develop our reputation for customer service and product flexibility
Represent and promote the SEFE brand both internally and externally
Attend customer review meetings and manager customer specific account management plans
Attend TPI review meetings and manage existing and new TPIs in accordance with agreed TPI Management Frameworks.
What you will bring:
Solid understanding of Account Management
Experience in carrying out high value commercial negotiations and understanding associated costs
Demonstrable Energy sales experience with the ability to sell at a senior level and lead external meetings
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders and build strong internal and external relationships
Strong communication skills in both a written and verbal format
Extensive knowledge of the UK Energy Industry and its operations across both power and gas
Good knowledge of environmental products would be an advantage
Ability to identify issues and drive action plans to improve business performance and use benefit analysis tools
Concern for accuracy, able meet tight deadlines and process large quantities of data quickly and accurately
Creative thinking, finding new ways to improve performance and results
Fluent English both written and verbal
