We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and driven individual with Energy sector sales and customer service experience. IN SHORTYou will be responsible for achieving retention and acquisitions targets for gas, power and associated environmental products, renewing and acquiring Gas and Power contracts with medium and large fixed customers either directly or via Third Party Intermediaries.This involves managing allocated TPIs and customers for the Fixed Business, developing long term strategic partnerships with the UKs largest energy consultants.You will manage your own portfolio, building relationships with new and existing brokers, to maximise sales and work with internal stakeholders to provide first in class customer service.WHAT YOU WILL DOSell fixed products to large-volume gas and power consumers either directly or via TPI’sBuild strong, successful, and long-term relationships with new and existing partners and brokers to maximize salesCreate value to the current portfolio whilst ensuring high standards of serviceDevelop sales through the efficient issue of pricing and contracts, negotiating prices to maximize growth and profit levelsDrive and achieve required targets; manage, and maintain your own portfolio upselling products to existing and new customersSupport the Sales Teams to expand the Gas and Power portfolioWork with internal stakeholders to provide first in class customer service and develop our reputation for customer service and product flexibilityRepresent and promote the SEFE brand both internally and externallyAttend customer review meetings and manager customer specific account management plansAttend TPI review meetings and manage existing and new TPIsWHAT YOU WILL BRINGSolid understanding of Account ManagementExperience in carrying out high value commercial negotiations and understanding associated costsDemonstrable Energy sales experience with the ability to sell at a senior level and lead external meetingsExcellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders and build strong internal and external relationshipsStrong communication skills in both a written and verbal formatExtensive knowledge of the UK Energy Industry and its operations across both power and gasGood knowledge of environmental products would be an advantageAbility to identify issues and drive action plans to improve business performance and use benefit analysis toolsConcern for accuracy, able meet tight deadlines and process large quantities of data quickly and accuratelyCreative thinking, finding new ways to improve performance and resultsFluent English both written and verbalABOUT USSecuring Energy for Europe – it’s a simple statement, with a bold ambition.
