Ensure full implementation of Quality, Management, Health & Safety procedures.
Advise insured parties on the operation and safety of equipment, providing safety data sheets when necessary.
Respond to and address any audit actions related to Quality Management and Health & Safety.
Comply with responsibilities outlined in the Health Safety and Environment Policy.
Attend training courses as required and stay updated on new procedures and materials.
Identify and implement initiatives to enhance the overall client offering.
Oversee on-site project management to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Develop staff to support their career progression paths.
Fulfil any other reasonable management requests.
