Contract Manager

Jonathan Lee Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a skilled and collaborative Contract Manager to join our client's inclusive and friendly team. This contract role is based in North/ North East part of the UK

As a Contract Manager, you will manage the service delivery of the Transport Operation Business across multiple sites. You will maintain the smooth running of all operations and processes in line with customer requirements, to agreed-upon high standards, and within budget.

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

• Identify and measure all necessary parameters of process performance to guarantee that customer requirements are met
• Ensure the most effective use of the business facilities and resources to deliver the customer's requirements and ensure that processes are at all stages
• Monitor and report on profitability by measuring actual costs against budget, utilising visual management where appropriate
• Ensure and sustain all quality standards across the contracts, confirming that they are.

• Experience in resource planning
• Experience controlling costs and managing budgets
• Experience working in a customer-facing environment
• Experience scoping customer requirements and delivering against them
• In-depth knowledge of Health and Safety legislation.
