Remuneration: £50,000 - £60,000 + up to 30% bonus

The role of the Contracts Manager – Timber Frame will involve:
Contracts Manager position dealing with the design, manufacture and installation of high end timber frames
Working closely with leading house builders, architects, specifying consultants and engineers
Liaising regularly with Design and Technical departments
Ensuring that all project documentation is passed to relevant departments
Ensuring projects are completed within pre-agreed timescales and budget
Collate RAMS and H&S documentation for projects
Attending relevant internal project meeting and resolving any issues
Overseeing plant requisition and haulage
Providing excellent customer service to clients to encourage repeat business
Managing projects ranging in size from 35 units to 400 units
The ideal applicant will be a Contracts Manager – Timber Frame with:
have Contracts Manager experience within the timber frame / house building / property development market sector
technical understanding of timber frames
individual who can deal with queries in a professional manor
will have CSCS black card, SMSTS and A61 appointed person qualifications
communication across all levels both written and verbal
literate (Microsoft Office)
UK driving license
