Key Requirements:
•
Experience in a maintenance and service company
• Understanding of Profit & Loss statement or commercial responsibility
• Proven track record of exceptional client feedback and high external audit scoring
• Ability to manage large commercial property portfolios
• Familiarity with sophisticated CAFM systems (ideally simPRO)
• At least three years of management-level experience, including team management
