Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the management of Decent Homes projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints.


• Collaborate closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver projects that meet client expectations.


• Utilize your expertise in refurbishment and roofing to provide valuable insights and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.


• Conduct thorough site inspections and assessments to identify potential risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.


• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries related to project progress and deliverables.


• Mentor and support site managers transitioning into the role of Contract Manager, fostering their professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry, with a focus on Decent Homes projects.


• Strong understanding of refurbishment and roofing methodologies, materials, and best practices.
