Eden Scott are delighted to support CRC as they seek to add a Contract Manager to their team.CRC is a growing company that focuses on rural/environmental civil engineering and trail path design and construction. They seek out methods and solutions to undertake essential works in sensitive environments with minimal impact, often restoring and improving habitats and delivering solutions using innovative green engineering. As an innovative company, they are continuing to grow and evolve their operations, increasing the range of services on offer to clients and securing future stability and growth within the business. As a result of this continued growth, CRC has an opportunity for a Contract Manager to oversee and manage their Forestry Roads infrastructure contract in Aberdeenshire and Moray.Responsibilities include:Lead the planning and delivery of FLS works - typically 3-5 sites, generally performing maintenance/upgrading on forest tracksSite Audits for H+S and Environmental complianceMonitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and support as neededEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulationsOversee the maintenance and upkeep of the sites, including equipment and facilitiesCollaborate with other departments to coordinate workflow and resolve any issues or concernsHelp manage job budgets, expenses, and resources to meet operational goalsPrepare reports and presentations on site performance for management and the clientApplicant Requirements
Essential: Experience of civil engineering works methods & practices. Previous experience working within a personnel management role
Preferred: Forest/Rural Road infrastructure knowledge and experience.
