Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Manager to join our Facilities Management team in Aberdeen. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts for 7 buildings across the Aberdeenshire area, located in; Aberdeen, Banff, Hartly, Inverurie, and Portlethan. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to join a well established and reputable company on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities: ·Manage contracts for 7 buildings in the Aberdeenshire area, ensuring all services are delivered to the highest standards. ·Utilize PSI and TFM (Total Facilities Management) experience to oversee and optimize facility operations. ·Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally. ·Implement and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure compliance and client satisfaction. ·Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver comprehensive facilities management services. ·Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on contract performance and key metrics. ·Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies across all managed sites. Requirements: ·Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar Contract Manager role within Facilities Management. ·Strong understanding and experience with PSI and TFM processes and systems. ·Excellent client management skills with a proven track record of building and maintaining positive relationships. ·Demonstrated experience in managing both hard and soft services within facilities management. ·Great time management and organizational abilities, with the flexibility to manage multiple priorities effectively. ·Willingness to travel within Aberdeenshire as required to visit managed sites. ·Based in Aberdeen ideally Benefits: ·Competitive salary of £55,000 per annum. ·Private healthcare coverage for the individual and their partner. ·Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 at home) ·Generous holiday allowance of 33 days per annum. ·Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing facilities management company.
